O Lord, Redeemer.

I would gladly exchange my heart.

You are the only one that can make a dead heart beat again.

In You we can find our purpose

Only in You can we LOVE life.

You don’t define love, you gave, showed, proved your love on that cross.

O Lord. I ask that I would lose my heart so you may restore another.

Broken Covenant.

Grief, the cost.

O, My Lord. I am a grief-stricken man.

I knew the cost, this is my cross.

I carry it willingly, knowing how much it would hurt.

If this pain means growth, if it means they will be free to grow, then take it all.

I sacrifice my Isaac, because I believe in your Promise.

With gratitude I want my heart to delight in your will!

Still, Lord… I grieve and cry, would you please sent co-laborers with me into the field.

Would you have mercy on me.

Can I not delight, in friends, in the company of companions that would grow and edify me?

Is this asking too much?

Oh God, please do not forsake me.

Trying to strangle Your Joy out of me

Trying to strangle Your Freedom away from me

My enemies are not like David’s enemies
Trying to strip you of your life with Thee

My enemies consume me like thorns and thistles
Trying to offer apples of doubt and deceit

I beat my chest and I can’t utter a cry
Still, your presence consumes me

Where from you can I hide my presence?

Desecrated

Jesus, my temple has been desecrated
My body lay violated, my soul suffocated
My spirit has died, and my heart raped.

I am a toy, a plaything, I am the world’s prostitute
weak in vessel, a substitute for holy intimacy
manhandled and touched
I have become IMPURE
I lay broken, filthy, used, desecrated

FORGIVE ME JESUS
For being a WEAK Vessel
I could not protect it for you

Rejoice my Grieving Heart

O’ Grieving Heart, why do you not rejoice?
Why do you mourn about things in which you know God is sovereign over?
O’ Grieving Heart, would you dance and sing praises to the Lord?
For He has delivered.

O’ Grieving Heart, don’t feel guilty, don’t feel anguish, and don’t feel shame.
You know God has called you to do what was right, and you have done your part
O’ Grieving Heart, your desire is if you could have prevented this hurt and pain
Despite the lies, you still want to love and it still hurts doesn’t it?
O’ Grieving Heart, if only you could have replace your heart w/ his
Rejoice my Grieving Heart, Rejoice!
O’ Grieving Heart, don’t listen to the deceptive lies of the voice and Rejoice!

Jesus, I beat my chest and cry out to you from my heart.
Help me understand this grief! I am an unclean sinner and I do not deserve to stand before you!
Would you love me? I need You and if you would fill you servant’s heart w/ your Spirit I will Rejoice!

Rejoice my Grieving Heart, Rejoice and be at Peace
For 1John4:4 says, “You, dear children, have overcome them, for the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.”
